Lionel advertised a 16920 Flat with a Lego type Helicopter in the 90's. Lionel never produced the flat but had the helicopters built. Your getting one complete kit to built the Helicopter in a sealed bag. It is a little hard to figure out how to put together so we have pictures of what it should look like.
