The shirt is an adult size Large

The shirt is in worn condition, with several tiny holes and one significant tear, about the size of a quarter, to the right of the front artwork, as well as one very tiny stain below the front artwork.  No significant fading, no wear or holes to the back. 

Overall a very nice example of a vintage tour shirt.  I've had this for decades, worn & washed only a few times, the holes are due to very thin fabric and storage. 

 Comes from a clean, smoke-free, but not pet-free home.  There may be a few stray cat hairs on the shirt (no extra charge).
