Up for Buy-It-Now is a new old stock front door upper hinge assembly, Ford part number D3AZ-6522800-A. This item was obtained from an old service garage and is not a newly remanufactured part. According to my Ford manual, this is used for both right and left placement and is used on the following models and years:
1973-1977 Series code A Ford Full size, Series code G Granada & Series code P Maverick
1978 Series Code A Ford Full Size, Series code G Granada
1979 Series code G Granada
The hinge is in brand new, never used condition and shows no sign of ever being mounted or installed. Some of the original primer paint has some very minor scratches to it from many years of shelf storage. Most likely the assembly will be be repainted before installation. There is a Ford parts tag still attached to the piece and also a Motorcraft tag.
