We cleaned it inside out. Internal glass surfaces have been cleaned. Oil in vicinity of the aperture cartridge as well as gummed up grease at various places has been cleaned off. New helicoid grease applied as needed. The lens will serve you many more years without you worrying about oil on aperture blades or other issues. By working condition this lens really the same as new. Functions 100%  - Tested on camera. You will receive the item exactly as described by me - I guarantee it.

 

Condition of the Lens:

Lens glass is flawless. Glass is clean and clear - Crystal clear. No fungus, haze, separation or other flaw. No dust inside. The aperture blades are clean, oil-free and snappy (it is very important for all lenses - the aperture blades must be free of oil). The diaphragm-control ring turns smoothly and accurate. The focusing is smooth and precise.

Comes with adapter M42 to Nikon F mount and with front and M42 rear lens caps.

 

 

Will fit to all Nikon DSLR and film SLR cameras: D40, D40x, D50, D60, D70, D70s, D80, D90, D100,

 D200, D300, D700, D3000, D3100, D5000, D5100, D7000 D3, D3X etc.

There is no ROM connection on the ring of the adapter so diaphragm control of the lens is set manually.

Notice:

M42 Lens to Nikon F Mount Adapter. This adapter ring allows you to use the M42 screw lens on the Nikon F camera body. 

This adapter has no correction optical glass. NOT support focus infinity in manually, for MACRO shooting only performance.

You can shoot with (M) manual mode or (Av) aperture priority mode . The auto focusing can't work with the adapter ring.


How to use

To mount:

1. Simply attach the adapter ring to your lens.

2. Put red marks of the adapter and mount camera collar together.

3. Turn the adapter clockwise till the fixative click.

 * Mostly it will use M (Manual) or Av (aperture priority) mode.

 

To remove:

Press the lens lock button on the camera and then remove the lens together with adapter from the camera.
