At times, Shea Butter may come GRAINY or GRITTY due to the natural process of fat crystallization in RAW SHEA BUTTER . This is normal. Just warm up gently and it will be smooth to use.

This is a RAW product. We NEVER add anything to maintain a consistent color or smell of the butter. That's why color, texture or smell may vary from batch to batch. If you are sensitive about these things, PLEASE buy REFINED Shea Butter; NOT this one.
