Product Care
All feathers can be washed, curled, flat ironed, etc..treat them as if they were human hair...feathers can last up to 3+ months dependent upon care. Very easy to install and remove - so easy you could change them daily if you choose to do so. If at any time you are unhappy with the feather's appearance, simply mist and/or flat iron your feather and it will go back to its natural state.
Product Promise
Feathers are carefully looked over for any flaws- no flawed feathers will be shipped, however if they do slip through just let us know :) Please keep in mind that all feathers are nature's creation and can not be duplicated and may have minor differences. 

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

ALL Payments are due within 48 hours of auction end.. we will combine shipping if multiple purchases are made.  If  multiple purchases of the same package are made they may be packaged together as well.   All items will be shipped within 24 hours of payment unless other arrangements have been made.  All items will ship via USPS first class with tracking.

International Buyers

– Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying

- All items will be shipped together for one flat shipping rate. 

.Returns & Feedback

Returns are accepted within a 14 day period of delivery.  The item must be received back within 14 days of the delivery date, unused and odor free. ( If items are NWT - Tags must still be attached to the purchase items that apply. )   There is a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
