This item is used but it is professionally tested and guaranteed to be free of defects and fully functional, optional additional warranty is also available by Square Trade. The Device comes exactly as pictured with Car Windshield mount, Car Power Cable, and manual, nothing else is included. This is a used unit so there are some scratches on the screen which are not so visible when the screen is ON, but you can see them very well when the screen is OFF. See the very last photo below which was taken with over exposed Flash lighting to reveal these scratches.
