We shall accept a "CASH PAYPAL" Refund ( back to your Paypal
account), LESS
ALL Shipping Charges, If ALL terms outlined Below are Met in its
Entirety-
WITHOUT EXCEPTION. IF an item was shipped "Free", the Actual Shipping
cost will be deducted from original payment upon receipt of a Return
Item: 1.) Item Must be Returned in its ORIGINAL UNWORN
CONDITION with ALL Tags, Labels and Original Packaging attached (If Applicable).
Item MUST be in Exact Same Condition as it was received by you. 2.) Buyer
is FULLY RESPONSIBLE for Return Shipping charges as well as ORiginal Shipping
charges. 3.) Initial Shipping/handling charge is NOT refundable and will be
deducted from total credit issued when item is received for a Paypal Refund.
4.) Item MUST be RETURNED within 14 Business Days in its ORiginal Condition
with all Original Tags and Packaging ( if applicable) - 5.) Seller MUST BE
CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY within 48 hours upon receipt of the item to obtain a
Return Authorization. 6.) If Buyer Damages an item in any way, shape or
form, there will be NO Return granted - Period. Please don't consider sending
that back to us. Buyer must Prepare and handle the return item with Care
and Secure packaging .
We handle and package our items to you with Great Care to protect from
any possible damage and we expect the same Courtesy from you if you wish to
return an item to us. It simply CANNOT and MUST NOT be stuffed inside something
and mailed. If this is the way you normally handle your own items, we'd like you
to take Extra care in treating this item, in returning to us. During the
time the item is in your possession, the item must be placed in a SAfe, clean
and smoke free environment and be protected from all possible damage, whether
it's from pets, household members, coworkers, etc, etc. "IF" the item
is damaged due to Pure Negligence, while in your possession or in transit due
to poor packaging from your part, you would be held responsible for such
damage. It is the Buyer's Responsibility to Ensure that the items reaches us
be in the EXACT same condition when you received it. We apologize for over
stressing these issues, but you cannot imagine what horror we have encountered
in the past! We are an Honest Merchant and we do sometimes make mistakes and
we have bent over backwards for our honest and courteous customers in the past,
