All warranty claims must be handled through Rc High Performance Hobbies and not your hobby dealer. The product will need to be sent back to us at the BUYERS EXPENSE. We will cover the return cost if the product is covered by warranty.

Due to the Nature use of the product being a recreational item there is Limited 30 Day Warranty On it. Please contact office for more information.
Parts that are not covered include.
Drive train and suspension parts
Gears including spur, clutch-bell and others
Clutch & Clutch Spring
Pull Start

These warranties do not cover breakage due to abuse, improper break-in, improper setup, or improper operation.

Rc High Performance Hobbies does not accept any returns if fuel has been put into the vehicle or if the vehicle has been used in anyway. New item returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and all returned items must be in origanal packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice.

Delivery Policy

All order that are placed will be sent out within 24 hours and a tracking number is supplied. We do not ship weekends and public holidays.
