CDV vintage albumen. Friedrich Karl was the only son of Prince Carl of Prussia, a younger brother of Emperor William I, and Princess Marie of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach, the elder sister of Empress Augusta. 1842-1846 Friedrich Karl received in the military disciplines teaching by the then Major and later War Minister Albrecht Graf von Roon.
