These are oversized cylinders with high performance and absolute reliability, designed and manufactured with the CadCam system in the Malossi factories in Calderara di Reno (Bologna), following a path of calculations and technologies known and tested to redefine the new thermo-fluid dynamic cycle, the cooling system and structural calculations.
These oversized cylinders were exceptional results for their formidable acceleration performance.
Having emerged during the tuning phase that the original control units alone they were not sufficient to provide adequate nutrition of fuel to the engine, it was decided to develop the FORCE MASTER 2: additional control units with special mappings capable of optimizing carburetion.
With the meticulousness that has always distinguished them and making use of highly sophisticated methodologies and instruments, the Malossi technicians managed to define the carburetion, point by point, going from minimum to maximum, and vice versa, without the engine having to suffer the slightest hesitation.
