Wacom ANZ processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. If your item(s) are in stock at time of ordering, they should be despatched within 1-2 business days. Please then allow another 2-5 business days* for delivery to metro areas (up to 7 days for regional areas*). Delays may occur around Christmas, Easter and public holidays. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter delays. Available shipping methods have been chosen to provide the most economical & reliable transport for each weight class, as per the table below. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any other shipping options at this time.

NB: A street address is required for all packages sent by TNT - these orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

IMPORTANT: If your shipping address is not entered correctly, your package may be returned as undeliverable, and you would then need to place a new order. Avoid delivery delays by carefully providing your full address including unit number, floor number, building number etc., and a valid phone number, and then double-checking for typos and other errors.

Please choose carefully - no refunds, credits or replacements are given if you change your mind, order the wrong product or it doesn’t meet your expectations, or fail to verify compatibility with your device or accurately provide information when placing an order.

At our discretion, we may agree to exchange incorrectly ordered products or offer store credit for them. If an exchange or credit is approved a 10% restocking fee will apply. Any freight and insurance costs to return the item to us are at your expense. This includes the liability for any lost freight so we suggest sending via registered post.

We offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee on select products. Specifically the 14 day Satisfaction Guarantee is only applicable to a purchase of a complete Intuos or Intuos Pro tablet. This policy does not apply to purchases of older Intuos or Bamboo Generations, Refurbished Product, Interactive Pen Displays, Cintiq or tablet accessory purchases. Accessories purchased in conjunction with an Intuos or Intuos Pro tablet for use on said Intuos or Intuos Pro tablet are included in this policy. To receive a full refund the goods must be returned in excellent condition complete with all packaging, manuals, CD's and any free with purchase promotional goods. If the goods are in less than excellent condition or missing any packaging etc. they cannot be returned under this policy.
