Earring are clip on.

Piece is beautifully decorated made of 18k yellow gold.  Earrings are wonderfully decorated in the form of flowers.  The flowers have a blooming Modernist design.  The earrings are wonderfully highlighted with black and green enamel and are set in the center with a natural colorful pink angel skin coral stone approx 5/8" long by 7/16" wide each.  The earrings are high quality and very well made!
