The delivery drivers will give you a 15 minute time slot upon delivery for you to unwrap and check that your goods are in the same condition as described on Ebay. If you goods contain any parts please can you ensure none are missing. Once happy with the condition of your goods you will be asked to sign for them. Any claim for damages of missing parts after this time will not be compensated. If you do not check your goods and sign for them no compensation will be made for missing parts or damage.
Delivery is via a pallet company. The pallet companies use a pallet truck to get your item as close to your property as possible, they can only travel across solid, even ground (not grass etc) It is up to the discretion of the delivery drivers as to whether they will help carry the appliance inside your property, we therefore strongly advise you make arrangements to have your own people on hand to help move this appliance indoors.
· We aim to dispatch all items either the same day or within 1 working day of the sale ending. If your order is received from Ebay after 12pm mid day, then we usually despatch the following day. If you need you item fast, please contact us before purchase.
· Please note that working days are classified as Monday-Friday 9-5 and exclusive of national holidays.
· Delivery Charges
We will do our best to accommodate delivery times. If you want your goods delivered on a specific day then please let us know either before you buy or straight afterwards so we can accommodate your needs. All deliveries are delivered by one man and to the front of your property. It is down to the discretion of the driver whether he helps carry the product into your premises with the aid of another able person. Delivery will only be made once payment has been received and cleared.
Collection Information
Collection is available to all of our winning bidders upon appointment only.
Collection is Monday to Saturday only. As our warehouse is closed on Sundays.
There is no charge for collection.

*If you want to collect any items from our warehouse based in the Vale of Glamorgan, Wales, then please contact us so they are ready for your arrival. If you do not give notice then you may experience a long wait as some items may be stored in an unmanned warehouse at a different location. Other items are stored in our various retail outlets. Please note that this service will be FREE OF CHARGE.
Warranty Information
All our appliances (unless otherwise stated) come with a MINIMUM 12 month return to base warranty.
Items "tampered with" will have their warranty classed as "void"

Cancellations
Under the sale of goods act - distance selling regulations. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt. The item delivered must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included. Please note that the cost of returning the items will be with the buyer.
