* If there is a problem with an item and you wish to send it back. The item must be in the
manufacturer's original packaging in the same condition as you received it and
include all packaging material. For example, on new equipment,: instruction
manual, inserts (styrofoam), plastic bags, and unfilled warranty card. We will
inspect it when received. If the item is not in satisfactory condition (the way
it was sent out) we will not accept it and will be returned to you. Please be
aware there is a 10% restocking fee on returned merchandise unless an
arrangement is worked out prior to return. Original shipping is not refundable.
