Victoria’s Picks did not manufacture any of the products in our store and cannot provide a manufacturer’s warranty. They are however all verified to be authentic despite having been acquired from third parties. Since we purchase them unused (unless otherwise specified in our listing), contents are not tested for texture, consistency or shade and we assume them to be in good condition and true to their label description having been authenticated as original products true to the brand they have been labeled as.

All products sold as “new” mean that they will arrive at your doorstep unused or unopened packaged efficiently to protect the integrity of the product. They may or may not be inside a box. They may or may not arrive packaged exactly like the brand new product purchased directly from the manufacturer, as packaging varies when we purchase them from third parties. However we guarantee that the product you receive looks exactly like the picture on the listing. Every buyer should carefully review product description and color or shade if provided, to ensure that it is consistent with their expectations when they make a purchase.
