Shipping

We will ship your item(s) within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. In most cases items are shipped the next day after payment or sooner. We use the USPS and UPS as carriers for our shipments. We will be happy to combine shipping when it is feasible to do so. Depending on where you are at in the country, you can expect to see your package in 2-5 business days from shipment. We make every attempt to forward tracking information to you via email after your package(s) ship. Many of our listings include FREE shipping. We have several options to choose from if you need your package(s) sooner. On international shipments, we are not responsible for export fees or duty fees. We use Ebay's Global shipping program for international orders. Please check with your countries policies before purchasing.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted 30 days from purchase. All returns must be pre-authorized by us and a RMA must be issued. All returns must, within reason, be in as-sent condition to include all tags and boxes. Shipping back to us is paid for by the purchaser. Items with free shipping will not be refunded the amount it cost us to ship it to you. You may return any item for any reason provided it is new, unused and with all original undamaged packaging. We are not responsible for product that is damaged or lost when you are returning the product. Please be sure to insure the package, at times breakage does occur. If package is not insured, and product is damaged in shipment you will not be refunded for your purchase. Restocking fee of 20% will be charged on returns.

Custom Products Return Policy

NO returns of Custom Socks, Beanies or Sleeves. Please double check sizing chart and make sure you get correct size and custom product you want. If we ship a defective product returns will be accepted for exchange only after product is shipped back to us. We only pay return shipping for products that were sent wrong or defective.
