Our Tankards make the perfect personalised Birthday Gift
These tankards have been designed and made from clear heavy glass in a traditional tankard style with a heavy base.  Please don't confuse these tankards with the inferior quality tankards available from other sellers. 
Measurements approx:  H 15.5cm x W: 10cm
Our tankards are dishwasher safe and supplied in a blue box. 
Please note: Any text shown on the glass in the photo unless otherwise stated is an example only, the glass you are purchasing is plain and will only be engraved with the information you submit, if you require similar layout or font to be used please make us aware of this in with your instructions. 
Glass items have their own uniqueness, therefore they may contain molding or manufacturers marks, blemishes, air bubbles etc, this is the same wherever you buy them - it does not affect the engraving or use of the item in any way.

Engraving Information

Engraving approx 7 Lines of 20 characters per line, including spaces. Please send your requirements including the name of font through eBay message or leave on the eBay note to seller. We cannot see line layout so please use a # to indicate the start of a new line. If no font or layout is given the engraver will do what is best. Please double check your spelling before you submit it to us, once engraved mistakes cannot be corrected. Please do not send us your requirements multiple times this will cause problems.

Engraved Products;
If in the unlikely event the product you purchased from us is found to be faulty or damaged please contact us to arrange a replacement item.

Please supply photos where possible to help speed this process up. This does not include spelling / typing errors unless the fault was ours.

Please note; we do not accept change of mind returns on personalised products because once personalised they cannot be re-sold therefore if there is a possibility that you may wish to return your purchases please do not personalise it.

Non Engraved Products;
If in the unlikely event you are not happy with the product you purchased from us we offer 30 day no quibble money back guarantee.

The item must be returned to us in its original retail packaging undamaged so it can be resold.

We aim to make delivery of orders within a week of purchase.

We do not charge for delivery and usually post using Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail Tracked 48.

We also offer a quicker delivery service using Royal Mail Tracked 24. This can be selected at checkout.

Please note Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a 'Guaranteed' next day delivery. Therefore we can give no guarantee that it will arrive within 24 hours.

We accept payment by Credit/Debit Card, Cheque and Paypal.
