Returns
You may return most new, unopened, items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If your package is being returned to sender for an invalid address, failure to pick up, refusal, or similar reasons, it may take much longer than the original shipping timeframe for it to be returned to us. This is due to such returns being routed via a much slower service. We recommend that customers needing to make a return do not refuse parcels and instead accept delivery and contact us for return instructions. This will greatly speed up the returns process and your eventual refund.
International Returns: If the return is for seller fault, we have no means with which to provide you a prepaid return label. Because of this, you will need to contact us for return authorization and provide us with a receipt to show the return postage. We will reimburse you for this cost via PayPal.
