Fully reversible. It pops in to the place of the original vent grille and comes out the same way.
The only touble you have to deal with is the wiring before installing it.
There are 3 versions currently.
Left, Right and Middle
The left goes on your left side and faces 5 degrees towards you
The right goes on your right side and faces 5 degrees towards you
The middle faces front and you can put it on both sides, but doesn't face so much towards you.
