For your consideration is a modern Three's Company Jack Tripper t-shirt transfer. This is a smaller transfer and measures approximately 6" in height. At our store, we would apply these vintage transfers to t-shirts using a commercial-grade heat press which would affix the transfer to a shirt using uniform pressure at 450 degrees.
