If your goods are no longer wanted, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please ensure the goods are unopened are returned in their original packaging. Wrong / Faulty / Damaged Goods

We aim to maintain high quality products, however if you do receive a product that is wrong, faulty or damaged please contact us for return instructions. Products will be replaced or refunded once received. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging. Items ordered in error

Order Cancellation

Incorrect Address

When you place an order, it is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct. We only ship to the registered address on your PayPal account, please make sure the address is correct prior to ordering. If the shipping address provided is missing key details such as the house number or street name, we are unable to process a refund or replace your order.
