We guarantee that all the products we sell are exactly as they are described on our listing and look exactly like the picture we posted. We also carefully package every product to protect its integrity. If you receive a product that seems to be defective or not to your satisfaction, or one that is not consistent with the picture on our listing, we are requesting you to contact us immediately so we may be able to find the best solutions to resolve the issue.
In the event that we are unable to provide you with a satisfactory solution, we will honor your return and will offer a replacement or a full refund upon receipt of the items you are requesting to return. You are eligible for a full reimbursement if you notify us of your request and send us back the item within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The item must be in its original condition and its contents in the same size, volume or quantity as it has been received.
After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to inspect the product in the first two weeks after receiving their purchase to ensure that if there are concerns, we are able to resolve any issue within the 30 day period.
