Return / Exchange Instructions for Tack Shack on the Suwannee

All products are Inspected before packing and leaving the store. We sell only New, Unused products in our store or Online. Any claim of receiving used items will be denied and are subject to being returned to sender at buyer’s expense.

 Boots should be tried on, on carpet to protect the bottom from wear. No return will be accepted if there are signs of use, are received back dirty, scratched up or have wear marks. Carefully repackage the item as it was sent to you, include the original tags, packing material etc. to protect the item during  transit.

DO NOT ship back in just the Boot, Hat or Helmet box. DO NOT tape the box shut. DO NOT JUST TAPE the shipping label to the box. Wrap the box as it was shipped to you or place in another box for return shipping.  Failure to follow these instructions  may  increase the fees if any that are charged on BUYER DISCRETIONARY RETURNS. Manufacture’s boxes are hard to replace and can cost $6.00 or more depending on the product.

Buyer is to pay for all Return / Exchange shipping costs that are due to buyer faulted returns. These would include but not limited to ordering Wrong size, Style, Color , changing mind about purchase after the item is shipped, returns due to price,  Does Not Fit, etc. Clothing  items can fit differently depending  on style, cut and different  Manufacture, this is not considered  a Defect

The Manufacture determines the size of all products and is at the sole discretion of the that  Manufacture. Size / Fit  differences between Manufacture’s is NOT A DEFECT.

There is a 20% to 50% Re-stocking fee depending on the condition of the item on any return that is NOT DUE TO MANUFACTURES DEFECT or a MISTAKE DUE TO TACK SHACK ON THE SUWANNEE. This is to cover any fees charge by Amazon, eBay, or PayPal on the sale original shipping and handling cost, the cost of replacement boxes, etc.

RESTOCKING  FEES DO NOT APPLY ON EXCHANGES OR SELLER FAULTED RETURNS

Cost of returns that are due to Manufacture Defects or The Tack Shack on the Suwannee are covered 100% with no expense to the Buyer. This includes any and all costs for the Return or Exchange.

If your order is Received damaged You Should notify the shipper and The Tack Shack at once so that the damage is recorded and Immediate action can be taken. Failure to do this may impede any Damage claim reported at a later date.

Additional instructions for mailing your package

·         Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package. If you are shipping a non-hazardous item, completely remove or cover and existing labels.

·         Affix the mailing label squarely  on to the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping the adjacent side.

·         If your package fits in your mail box or a postal box, deposit your package for the postal carrier to pick up. If your package does not fit bring to any Post Office.

·         If you have received a UPS shipping label take the parcel to your nearest UPS Store for drop off.
