						Our aim is to dispatch all items purchased within 24 hours of receipt of payment (except Saturdays and Sundays or Bank holidays). 

All items will be shipped by tracked service through USPS Priority Mail, and will take 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive with customers (US addresses). 

Once goods are dispatched we cannot affect transit times to our customer.  

We only dispatch to the confirmed delivery address provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to. 

We reserve the right not to ship to unconfirmed addresses for multiple bids using PayPal.

If there is a sizeable delay in your units arriving please contact us as we can provide the tracking number. However, please allow at least 5 working days after payment before contacting us. 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

						We are happy to exchange, provide store credit or refund items in new, unused and original condition within 30 days of receiving the goods. Any product tags and packaging must be returned with the goods. We do not accept returns after 30 days. 

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Return shipping costs will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error. The customer must contact us first to discuss the return.
