The blend is in a convenient roll on so can be applied to the pulse points on your wrists and neck and inhaled and reapplied when needed through out the day.

Essential oils have been used for thousands of years for medicinal and health purposes.  Many essential oils have anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial and antiseptic properties which help to boost the immune system.

It has long been believed that inhaling essential oils can stimulate areas of the limbic system in your brain and therefore boost your energy levels, while others have a calming, relaxing effect.

Each essential oil has its own unique smell and potential health benefits, so when combined together can provide a complementary therapy to ease the pressures of every day life.
