. How about Exchange & Return?

For any claims, contact us through eBay and we will be happy to assist you to return back or exchange. Everything that is returned to our warehouse needs the orders detail information-store name, buyer ID, order number, so make sure to contact us before sending anything back.

1. All shipment will ship by UPS / USPS / Fedex, Shipment takes 3-5 business days to receive the package.
