Guide to Colours:

Yellow 3-5lbs - extra light. Idea for injury rehabilitation or after surgery to gain strength and mobility.
Red 6-7lbs - light resistance. Ideal for yoga, pilates, stretching and strength work.
Green 8-9lbs - medium resistance. Ideal for yoga, pilates, stretching and strength work.
Blue 10-12 lbs - heavy resistance. Ideal for strength work.
Black 12-14 lbs - extra heavy resistance. Ideal for strength work.

We cut the band to order - choose the length you need from 1m to 10m. 

These are resistance bands which are a flat strip, cut to length before sending. They are not loops.

Samples are the off cuts of an end of a roll and measure approximately 20cm.

Caring for Elastic Bands and Tubing
  • Always examine the resistance band or tubing before use for small nicks, tears, or punctures that may cause the band to break. If you find any flaws, discard the product and replace before performing any exercises.
  • Store all resistance bands and tubing out of direct sunlight and away from extreme temperatures.
  • After use in chlorinated water, rinse the bands or tubing with tap water and dry flat.
  • If the bands or tubing becomes sticky, clean with mild soap and water, dry flat, and then dust with talcum powder.
