You do not need to use a primer with our products, however we know that some customers prefer to routinely prime models before painting.
You should use only acrylic paints. Enamel paint will have a very undesirable effect, so we would recommend avoiding enamels completely.
All orders are dispatched in sturdy packaging. We aim to dispatch orders within 72 hours but during busy periods it might not always be possible. We will keep you informed of your order's progress.
We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries.
