This is a very beautiful, very old and unique VICTORIAN HAND PAINTED WOMEN PORTRAIT c. 1910 miniature plaque porcelain and brass pin. The pin has a marvelous miniature porcelain with hand painted portrait of the beautiful women in great detail and brass frame The bottom has number 31. The plaque has a very extravagant and exquisite feel to it. It measures 1 3/4" x 1 1/4". The pin is in good condition.
