"Triplets on board":
You stand in front of a three-part mirror. Does the suit fit? But strangely, there are a few gentlemen in the mirror who barely know them, especially in the back view. There they are, three times!!! Can you imagine that something like this really exists?
Now in our film Heinz Erhardt is such a triplet, to whom his two brothers are confusingly similar. Heinz, Eduard and Otto Bollmann are quite different characters, but they live peacefully and sociably in the same apartment.
Heinz, the "chick", looks after the household, he cooks and sews, while Otto earns his living as an advertising copywriter and Eduard as a choir singer. But Heinz is also smart, he secretly submitted one of Otto's advertising verses (for pimple cream) to a hit song invented by Eduard for a television competition. The hit promptly wins first prize: a 14-day luxury sea voyage to the Canary Islands. Nobody wants to step back and so all three of them suddenly find themselves in the luxury cabin as the ship sets off.
It goes without saying that the sea voyage is not without difficulties...

“Of course the drivers”
This is the story of police sergeant Eberhard Dobermann, who goes from being a Saul to a Paul through a twisted path.
Although he is a traffic police officer, he is on tight terms with drivers. At his post at a busy intersection, he is greeted with toll-charged warnings, and even his highest superior, the police chief, feels the incorruptible severity of the brave traffic warden. The widower Doberman, outside of work, whom he treats like an avenging god of the law, is a peace-loving person for whom the peace of his middle-class home and the well-being of his two children, 19-year-old Karin and 15-year-old Felix, are above all else.
Everything would be fine, but the police sports festival that takes place weeks later brings an event that fundamentally changes Police Sergeant Dobermann's life and presents completely new aspects: he, the car enemy and enthusiastic cyclist, wins the main prize in a tombola: a shiny chrome luxury convertible.

"My man, the economic miracle"
That would be a real treat for the press if it became known that Alexander Engelmann, boss of the Engelmann works, captain of industry and sole owner of one of the largest corporations, that this Engelmann was the driver of paymaster Paul Korn during the war - a bad driver, by the way. At least that's what Paul, who is now Engelmann's driver, claims.
Paul takes care of pretty much everything that concerns Engelmann's private life, but especially Julia, Alexander's 16-year-old daughter, who grows up in the motherless household like a charming but wild plant: pretty to look at, but extremely prickly.
A mother is needed! But how does Engelmann find a woman who doesn't just speculate on millions? It goes without saying that a lot of things go wrong during the search. But thanks to the careful and level-headed Paul, the right woman for Engelmann and a suitable mother for Julchen are found.

"Widower with 5 daughters"
In an idyllic small town, whose pride is the castle just outside, the widower Scherzer lives with his five daughters in a villa suburb on the outskirts of the city.
The castle, which became American property after the war, is managed by Mr. Scherzer: he ensures the maintenance of the castle, looks after the art treasures and runs and manages the large castle library. Since he takes his job very seriously, he does not have enough time to fully fulfill his duties as head of the household. And raising five daughters is quite a difficult task - a task that even the housekeepers he employs do not feel up to. This is how the city looks. The youth welfare office was forced to take a very critical look at the Scherzer house. However, Friedrich Scherzer vigorously rejects any accusations and attempts at interference on the part of the youth welfare office. When 5-year-old Julchen becomes ill, Ms. Hansen temporarily moves to the Scherzers' house. She considers it her neighborly duty to nurse little Julchen back to health in the overgrown household. She gradually becomes acquainted with the small and large concerns of this lovely family. Widower Scherzer soon realizes what they still need to be truly happy...

"Father, mother and 9 children"
They are a happy family, the Schillers in Einbeck in Hanover. Father, mother and 9 children populate the old, pointed-gable half-timbered house on the market square, and the honorable head of the family has nothing more in common with his great namesake than the first name Friedrich. Friedrich Schiller is a well-off master baker and confectioner, for whom an appointment to the board of the Chamber of Crafts is his longed-for goal and the fulfillment of all his middle-class wishes. All nine children are said to have turned out well and bring joy to their parents. So everything in the Schiller house could be bathed in sunshine if father Friedrich wasn't burdened by the nightmare of a guilty conscience. Shortly before his silver wedding anniversary, he almost involuntarily slips into a little adventure with a lively lady named Lollo, which ends in a murder spree, but is completely harmless. The juicy story would never have come to light if his daughter Thea, the obsessive newspaper girl, hadn't wanted to earn her first journalistic spurs with a scandalous article about the double life of the industrialist's wife Lollo. But wife Martha, who has caught wind of the affair, is ultimately able to straighten out the story thanks to her understanding and womanly wisdom, so that nothing stands in the way of Friedrich's appointment to the board of the Chamber of Commerce.
