Beautifully Detailed Black & White Image Of A Cluster Of 3 Knights/Jousters With 4 Horses On A Bridge Holding 5 Lances - The Moon Is Large In The Sky, And There Are 3 Evergreen Trees In The Background - There Is A Stream With Numerous Rocks In The Foreground
The Artwork Is Printed On A Heavy Textured Paper, Which Almost Feels Like Canvas - The Artwork Appears To Be Stamped Into The Page, Creating Depth And A Sort Of White Faux Matte Which You See Around The Artwork - There Is Writing Along The Bottom Edge Of This "Matte" In Pencil Which Says, "March 68 - 20/20 - Thomas E Woodward II" - I Assume This Information Means This Print Was Made In March Of 1968, This Copy Is #20 Of 20 That Were Made, And That The Artist Printed His Name In The Bottom Right Corner
The Piece Appears To Have Originally Be Drawn In Black Pen, With Shading Done In Charcoal - However, I Am No Art Expert - Although There Appear To Be Charcoal Smudges Of Fingerprint And Palmprints On The Front And Back Of The White Matte, Running A Finger Over The Image Does Not Leave Any Charcoal Residue On My Fingers - Therefore, I Believe This Image Was Printed (Although There Is Still Depth And Texture In The Image Itself), And The Smudges Came From Elsewhere

Used. Some scratches, scuffs, crimps, creases and bends from age and handling
There are numerous thumbprint and fingerprint marks in charcoal on the front and back of the matte - However, the charcoal residue does not appear to have come from the print (running a finger over the image does not leave any charcoal residue on my finger)
There are large remnants of brown tape stuck along the top edge of the matte
Numerous small margin tears around the edges of the matte
The bottom left corner of the white matte has a large fold/crease in it
Some handwriting along the bottom edge of the matte in pencil
Some small foxing/discoloration spots from age
Overall good condition
