How to use:

1> Clean the glasses (from dirt and oil)

2> apply a small drop (size of sesame seed) of Progear Anti-fog gel on the lenses.

3> Wipe evenly with the supplied yellow chamois cloth included, it's just like polishing a car

4> Continue to polish the product into the lens until completely clear, it may take some time, but don't worry, keep working the product into the lens

If your lenses get dirty from normal use, clean first and then re-apply Progear Anti-fog Gel.  To avoid build-up, wash your lens occasionally with water or gentle detergent and repeat the steps above.
