I want all of my auctions to result in 100% satisfaction. If there is a problem with your item when you receive it, I will try to help resolve the issue. It is strongly suggested you read the listing to understand the item you are buying from me because most of the items I list are not new. They are vintage and may show wear or age. I try to describe any issues an item may have. Should I make an error in listing the item, I will work with you to resolve the issue. If I cannot resolve the issue involving my error, I will issue a refund. I will not issue refunds if you change your mind or if there is a problem because you didn't read the listing.
Feedback Policy
I always leave feedback upon successful completion of a transaction. This means you have received the item and left me feedback. Please take a moment to leave positive feedback and 5 star ratings so I will know that you have received your item and that everything is OK. I will leave feedback once it had been left for me. Before leaving neutral, negative feedback or less than the best seller ratings, please contact me. I want every purchase to be 100% satisfactory!
