Up for offer is this neat silver plate foldable/collapsible napkin ring and place card holder combination - ornately engraved, made in Australia. In great antique condition. It measures 7/16 inches wide and when open it measures 2 5/8 by 1 1/8 not including the clip on the top. See all photos.
