1)
All of the video games in this listing are brand new, factory sealed.
Not all 3DS have Y fold closure. Some are sealed with a finer plastic
that may seem like they are resealed, but that's not the case. Most of
these games were purchased in American retail stores. The rest are from
the manufacturer directly. If you are looking for a specific type of
plastic, send me a message.
2) This is for collector's of
sealed games or picky buyers--all of the games are new sealed but
any of the games could have imperfections to the seal (but it becomes
trash after you open it anyway). It could have small imperfections to
the case/cover. There could be small punctures, for example. Some of
these are put in plastic cases in-store that sometimes can cause this.
They could have also been pressed down in another way. This is
especially for the older ones. There can also be sticker residue left
over. This is another reason why it becomes trash once you get it
open. It may have other small imperfections that I don't see. What I
feel is truly damaged are sold separately. At the same time, if you are
a collector of sealed video games or you are picky or for some reason
you want it to be perfect, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. Avoid writing me
messages, asking for the best or asking for a perfect one. One will
always be sent at random.
IMPORTANT: I'm not saying these are damaged
games. I'm just writing this note to avoid people that are VERY picky
purchase these and then want to create problems.
3) Any buy it
now is for 1 video game. The one pictured is an example. I have sold a
lot of them and I probably have a lot of them, so I cannot photograph
every single video game.
You will receive one similar to what you
selected. The condition of the case/plastic can vary, as mentioned in
#2.
4) Please know that my prices can vary at any time. In
most cases, the prices will probably just go up.
It depends on the
market price and my quantity.
No price is guaranteed even if you ask a
question in the morning and then go to buy it at night. The prices can
change at any time.
5) Some of these games are compatible with Amiibos. Please make
sure the game you purchase is compatible with the Amiibo that you have.
Normally, the games that work with Amiibos have an Amiibo symbol on the
high right side of the game. Also, at this time, the video game Fire
Emblem Warriors and Minecraft only work for NEW Nintendo 3DS. They
won't work with other 3DS consoles. Before buying these 2 games and
maybe some others, please make sure you have the correct 3DS.
6) Please be sure that your address is
correct and you have selected the video game that you want. No returns
are accepted unless you are willing to pay the return shipping and a
restock fee for the expenses it cost me to send it to you. The game
must be how I sent it--brand new, factory sealed. If for whatever
reason, you decide you want to cancel after your purchase, there will
also be a restock fee because after a payment, not all money goes back
to the seller.
7) National shipping is free to you. If you use a hub, just know that
you need to buy insurance from them. International shipping through me
is ebay global shipping ONLY. You pay the fees that are decided by
ebay. This cost
is not decided by me because I receive $0 shipping money. I ship to
the ebay global shipping hub in Kentucky and they ship to you.
From my
experience, it's a reliable and fast service.
8) This note is for those that are looking for bar codes 0000, 0001, 0002, etc. The game is the same but people keep asking me about specific bar codes. It's probably because it's the first print. The game is the same though. The one photographed is an example. It's the first one I had. You receive one SIMILAR to the photo. I cannot guarantee any numbers. One is sent at random. It's probably the recent one because my games are recent. So, please avoid sending messages asking about the number on the back and the condition of the game. They can have imperfections.
