This adapter has a FEMALE EuroSCART (European SCART) end and a MALE Japanese 21 Pin standard end (EIAJ TTC-003 wiring also known as JP21, RGB-J, RGB-21 or NTSC-J) end.

Perfect for use with converting EuroSCART cables into a JP21 switch/setup, such as the XRGB.

To use with Euro SCART cables:

Insert a MALE Euro SCART plug into the FEMALE end of the adapter, the MALE end of the adapter outputs in Japanese 21 Pin which can be plugged into a device with a FEMALE Japanese 21 Pin input.

MALE Euro SCART  Cable -> THIS ADAPTER -> Device with FEMALE JP21 input (display or switch normally)

Since the adapter is bidirectional you can use this a variety of ways.

Supports NTSC, PAL & SECAM. This converts both RGB video and stereo sound. 

Adapter is bi-directional and approximate dimensions are 2.25"L x 1.5"W x .75"H

This can be used with the Micomsoft XRGB-1, XRGB-2 & XRGB-3 SCART units, the GSCARTSW, and other similar products.
