This listing is for a 1937 used but excellent PARKER DELUXE CHALLENGER pen in black with silver pearl chips. The pen has perfect nickel plated triple ring hardware which has no brassing, but there is a little toning of the silver pearl on the barrel. With the exception of a few light teeth marks on the blind cap, there are no other flaws to the plastic and these are quite minor. Strong PARKER DELUXE CHALLENGER three line barrel imprint. The pen is 5" long and is a button filler This filler will need a new sac before it will take up ink. Section and feed are both perfect and the nib is marked PARKETTE, MADE IN USA, 14K. It is an extra fine with modest flexibility. It is likely this nib is a replacement, but possibly it is original. A very nice looking pen.
