• All deliveries are Monday - Friday, we must have a daytime contact number. If a daytime contact number is not included there is a good chance your stove will take longer to get delivered.
• Quite often the courier will call 30 - 45 minutes in advance, but this is not guaranteed. The goods will be on an all day service and we can not issue a delivery time. If authorised and safe to do so, the goods can be left at the property.
• The delivery is classed as a curb side delivery and the driver is not required to take the goods into the property for insurance reasons. Drivers will try their best to assist you as much as possible and most will help you move the stove to a safe place i.e on the door step or in the garage. The driver should arrive with a tail lift and pallet truck to move the item.
• Steps and gravel drive ways can cause issues for the courier because of the item weight and equipment used. If inaccessible with their equipment, they may refuse to drop the goods or drop the goods at the curb side.
• We will message you through eBay with the delivery date. These are very accurate but in a small number of cases there can be delays due to unforeseen circumstances as with any courier. Any delays that we are informed of, will be communicated to you. We are not responsible for any loss of earnings if an item does not arrive on the date we advised.

The products we sell are often heavy and awkward so require bigger vehicles. All couriers charge are a lot to the Scottish highlands because of the geographical distance from our warehouse. The additional fees on top of the £79.99 are not automatically added so please request seller total when checking out if you live in one of those areas.
