This is a Belkin OmniView Rack Mount Console F1DC100R. I plugged it in and all it says is No signal output. I haven't got a clue what you do with it or what it is supposed to do. The screen is good, the keyboard is not visibly broken, but cannot test to make sure. The machine itself has some wear here and there, and i think some screws missing, if you look at the last picture you will be able to see, and the legs are bent, but i think they can come off.
