I use professional quality audio conversion from Universal Audio in my recording studio and am an audio engineer by trade. I use Akai and Pioneer reel to reels to transfer and the machines are calibrated regularly. I can transfer 3 3/4 ips reels and 7 1/2 ips reels. I can get your old demos, family recordings, audio diaries and favorite mix reel tapes converted to digital before they deteriorate and make them sound as great as possible!
