SALE

The plants are produced and grown in Italy by our family company located in the extreme west of Liguria.

If you decide to buy a plant that is sold in quantities greater than one, the plant that you receive could not be the exact one in the photo at the time of purchase, but for sure it will be very similar.
The plant can be shipped all over the world, without soil and pot, whit bare roots, except for Italy where you can ASK to ship with the pot.

PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE

In some countries the import of plants is forbidden, so if you buy an item and you are not sure that it arrives at your destination, buy the phytosanitary certificate, otherwise we will not be responsible for any capture by customs of destination.

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

If you want to buy more then one item we will combined shipment and the cost of shipping will varies with the weight valued of the package:

For weights exceeding 2 kg, a corrective sum may be requested for shipping to the extra EU country.

The duration of the shipment varies from 1 to 3 working days for the European union and from 7 to 10 working days for the extra ue.

Payment must be made within three days unless prior notice, otherwise the purchase will be canceled, except private agreements.

REFUND

You can receive a refund in the event that reasonable problems arise before sending, upon receipt or after return.

THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE RETURN OF THE PACKAGE ARE CHARGED TO THE BUYER.

THE LISTED COUNTRIES DO NOT HAVE REFUNDS FOR NON-TRACKING OF SHIPMENTS. THEY ARE CAPTURED FREQUENTLY BEFORE ARE TRACKED, THEREFORE YOU CANNOT HAVE THE TEST OF ARRIVAL AT THE DESTINATION COUNTRY. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY NON-DELIVERABLE SHIPPING. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION WRITE TO US!

VENDITA

Le piante sono prodotte e coltivate nella nostra azienda familiare situata nell’estremo ponente ligure. 

Nel caso in cui decideste di acquistare una pianta con disponibilità maggiore di uno, l’esemplare che riceverete a casa potrebbe non essere esattamente quello che trovate nella foto, ma sarà sicuramente molto simile.

Tutte le piante verranno spedite senza terra e vaso, solo se la spedizione è destinata all’italia potete RICHIEDERE di riceverle in vaso.

CERTIFICATO FITOSANITARIO

In alcuni paesi è proibita l'importazione di piante, quindi se volete comprare qualcosa e non siete sicuri che arrivi a destinazione acquistate il certificato fitosanitario, altrimenti non saremo responsabili di eventuali sequestri da parte della dogana.

SPEDIZIONE E PAGAMENTO

Se volete acquistare più di un articolo valuteremo il costo della spedizione in base al peso totale:

Per pesi superiori a 2 Kg può essere richiesta una somma correttiva per la spedizione nei paese dell' extra ue.

La durata della spedizione varia da 1 a 3 giorni lavorativi per l'unione europea e da 7 a 10 giorni lavorativi per l' extra ue.

Il pagamento deve essere effettuato entro tre giorni salvo previa comunicazione, altrimenti l'acquisto verrà annullato, tranne accordi privati.

RIMBORSO 

È possibile ricevere un rimborso nell'eventualità che sorgano problemi ragionevoli prima dell'invio, alla ricezione di esso o dopo la restituzione.

I COSTI DI SPEDIZIONE DELLA RESTITUZIONE DEL PACCO SONO A CARICO DELL'ACQUIRENTE.

I PAESI ELENCATI NON HANNO DIRITTO A RIMBORSI PER MANCATA TRACCIATURA DELLE SPEDIZIONI. ESSE VENGONO CATTURATE FREQUENTEMENTE PRIMA DI ESSERE TRACCIATE, QUINDI NON SI HA PROVA DELL'ARRIVO AL PAESE DI DESTINAZIONE. NOI NON SAREMO RESPONSABILI DI OGNI EVENTUALE SPEDIZIONE NON CONSEGNATA.
