These Whiting rigs are one of the most popular and successful Whiting rig designs on the market. Years of trying different lengths of paternosta, different size hooks, different surf conditions, different positioning of the paternostas along the main rig line etc.......have resulted in the rigs we offer you today.
Longer than most whiting rigs at aprox 900mm long the paternosta design allows the baits to move freely and naturally in the current and the lred lumo beads give an extra attraction to the bait. The proven positioning of the paternostas on the main rig line places the baits in the ideal location for both bottom feeders and other fishes cruising the surf.
