Any weight over 4 stone is printed double sided
Weight Loss Charts are A4
12 Week Countdowns are A5
We print on premium quality 250gsm card and send in a 'do not bend' envelope to ensure it reaches you in good condition.
We send your order out the next working day after purchase, 2nd class with Royal Mail which takes between 2-3 days for delivery.
We also offer 1st class delivery which takes 1-2 days for an extra charge.
