Postage details:

Please select the postage you would like at checkout. If you will need it quicker than the stated time then please choose 1st class or special delivery depending on how quickly you need your order. Please do not select 2nd class then ask for it to be sent quicker.

With the postal system at the moment it can take up to 14 days for Royal Mail to deliver your order however most will turn up around the estimated time.

I keep proof of postage for all orders sent.

Despatch time:

I will always try to stick to the same system. I will take your orders to the post office the next working day after you place the order. I normally get there at the time of the last collection due to work commitments so the normal routine is as follows. If you order before 2100hrs on the monday they will be taken to the post office on tuesday and in the postal system on Wednesday.  If your order  after 2100hrs on Thursday your order will be taken to the post office on Monday. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Returns:

If your not happy with your order or you just want to return your order then you can do within 14 days of your order being delivered. It will need to be sent back in the same condition that you received it and with the original packaging.

For orders that arrive damaged I am happy to repair or replace as soon as possible.
