West Virginia University Mountaineers Vintage Felt Pennant, 12" x 30", Big 12 NCAA
This is a used pennant from approximately 1995 made by WinCraft. I don't believe the pennant has ever been mounted as it does not have stable holes in the tip. It has primarily been stored in a box since then. See pictures for detailed condition.
