Note：This adapter card only supports the installation of Mac OS Mojave, Catalina or later Apple systems, and does not support the installation of systems lower than 10.14, because the nvme driver integrated in the lower version of the system cannot recognize most nvme SSD .

Installation of NVME M.2 SSD, please pay attention to the following points:

First: Before replacing the new NVME M.2 SSD, make sure to upgrade from the original computer hard disk to the version of Sierra 10.14 (or higher than version 10.14) (your computer must run 10.14 or hhigher than version 10.14 one time), and the SMC and boot ROM versions of Mac will be updated during the upgrade process to support the SSD of NVME.

Second: Do not use Mac's own network recovery software to install new hard disk Mac OS, only install new hard disk through U disk. (You must use a U-disk for installation, not a Mac for network installation and system recovery. The U-disk version of the system must be 10.14 or higher, and no hard disk will be found below this version. It is recommended to download the latest version before replacing the hard disk version of the Apple system and install it on the U disk.)

Note that the system USB driver must be downloaded from the original system, from the Apple System App Store, using the command line instead of using third-party software and third-party system files.

Third: When installing, be sure to format the disk into APFS format. If formatted as hfs, the space in the installation system interface will be unrestricted, so the disk space will be insufficient.
