This pet groomer is electric and feels wellmade. It comes with 5 interchangeable guards. It also has the oil, and an educational DVD in English. There is also a small hand held battery operated clipper as well. I looked these up and they are nearly $200 without the small clipper. I have the case also, but one of the hinges is broken. It's made of a heavy plastic with the name brand on the top. This set works very well and is in fabulous condition. It's 12W, 120V, 60HZ.
