We use UK Mail/DHL and Royal Mail to deliver all orders. Our same day cut off is 2pm all orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day excluding weekends and Public Bank Holidays.

We offer a variety of delivery services Royal Mail Tracked 48, Royal Mail Tracked 24 and UK Mail/DHL 24 Hour delivery service. All derivery services are trackable unless your order has not been sent out using a tracking method.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
