This is a custom printed bracket for mounting a 40mm fan on top of the HP P420 RAID Controller Heatsink. It comes with a 0.6W (0.05A at 12V) fan preinstalled.

Using this additional fan you can help run the RAID Controller Card much cooler and reduce the power usage of your server by reducing the main system fan speeds.
